We are family owned and operated, striving to provide our customers with a quality product at reasonable prices. Our Internet prices for bisque purchases are not full retail; they are discounted to Internet customers only to help offset the shipping costs.
We have greenware, clay, glass, bisque, supplies and paints. We are always set up for anyone to paint with us and one shop pricing for Paint Your Pottery Studio style.
We love to have a booth at ceramic trade shows and look forward to meeting you. Our bisque is available at the trade shows listed on the Show Calendar AND WE DO TAKE PREORDERS ON BISQUE AND MOLDS FOR THESE SHOWS. Please order a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.
We carry Doc Holliday stains, Mayco Glazes, Blue Diamond Kilns, bisque etc to trade shows in most cases.

TERMS OF SALE
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do not ship COD. Payment in US funds may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, cashier’s check, money order, or personal check. Online orders require a credit card to purchase through our secure website. You may call or email order using other forms of payment. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 NSF fee.

NOTE
WE MUST HAVE THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS FOR THE CREDIT CARD YOU ARE USING. THE SYSTEM VERIFIES THIS ADDRESS AND THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION TO HELP ELIMINATE FRAUD.
SHOPPING CART
Credit card orders may be placed using our SSL shopping cart system. If not paying with credit card, must email or call with order and alternate form of payment. Go to Online Catalog to start shopping. Shipping charges are NOT calculated in the shopping cart and will be added after we process your order.

Orders may be emailed to bayouceramics@bellsouth.net Be sure to include payment information and phone number. A confirmation e-mail will be sent. Only submit your credit card info over the secure shopping cart site.
NOTIFICATION
A copy of the final invoice, indicating total charges, will be sent with order. Shipping date and tracking info will be sent via email.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order.
SHIPPING
Shipping/handling charges are NOT included in the order total and will be added to your charge card after items are boxed to get an accurate charge. Please inquire for a shipping estimate if you need to know prior to ordering. We ship the cheapest way available to us and all your items are insured. Contigious US orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEX or USPS; please allow 1 to 6 business days for transit. For Express delivery available at higher rates, you must request this service.
SALES TAX
LOUISIANA RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED 4% SALES TAX. This is not calculated in the shopping cart at this time, but will be added to your final invoice.
DAMAGES
I will file claims with the carrier for you and this must be done ASAP. The carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit. Do not discard the shipping materials, box or damaged item, as you must have it for their pickup or inspection.
PROCESSING TIME
Please anticipate 2 days to 2 weeks for processing, subject to stock in inventory and quantity ordered of same item. You will be notified upon receipt of your order of the anticipated timeframe.
PRICE CHANGES
All prices are subject to change without notice. Adjustments will be posted to our website as quickly as possible.
